A long, looooong time ago, one of my first experiences reading a video game magazine was learning about the shortcut in Super Mario Bros. 2 where you can bypass pretty much all of level 6-3 by going under the wall in the quicksand. When I first read that, it blew my mind and had to rush home and try it out for myself, because I had always done that level the hard way. Now I'm nostalgic for whatever magazine had that secret- I'm sure many around that time period had it, but anyone know of some places to start? I'm assuming it was either GamePro or EGM (I live in the U.S.) but who knows.

The first few issues of UGP were rough but by the time 1997 rolled around they settled back into allowing humor in the mag once again. So are the only gaps now June '93, July '93, and October '93? Hopefully those are filled next...

Glad these GP gaps are being filled! I take it 1996-07 is coming as well?

It's been a while - any comments? This is my first scan so if it's not up to snuff, it's fine, I'm a big boy and can take it. Just tell me what I need to do differently.

Pages 15-30 seem to be corrupted, they won't open on my end.
