Hi everyone,

I just wanted to give a big thanks to the hard workers of this site and all who have contributed to the preservation of video game print publications. I downloaded my very first magazine today, the first issue of EGM! Just one comment, I'm a newbie and can't seem to post comments in the magazine download sections. Perhaps you should allow newcomers to do this when they download a magazine? At least allow them to say thanks for the download!

Well, this seems like as good a place as any for me to lay down my first post. I just want to say that I haven't even downloaded anything yet and I'm already really thankful for you guys and what you are doing. I have so many great childhood memories tied up in these magazines and have been wanting to revisit them for years. Apparently now I can. From what I can tell in the news forum, I understand you have been having some issues but I'm sure they will be worked out and I dare not look a gift horse in the mouth.

Thanks so much, I'm looking forward to some serious trips down memory lane!

Thank you for the praise, Timothy! I hope you find some goodies to enjoy. Nothing brings back those memories of youth like browsing an old issue of GamePro or EGM.
