How does a member change his email?

In your settings, there is an option to change your email address. However, it may only show up after you have 25 posts and become a Member instead of Newcomer.

Thank you for helping me. However, I seem to have run into another problem - when I tried to change my email to my current one, it said that it was already in use. I don't remember ever registering with my current email, and the reason I entered a former one was because it wouldn't let me register with the first. Is there someone I can contact to find out the user name for my first account? I nearly always use "Ratlegion" and I can't fathom any way I would have chosen a different name in the past. What should I do?
