I maybe new to having a gallery but I like the see the ability to move the images to different albums as well as delete images. In fact there are a few in my album I wish I could delete now as they are in other albums.

That would be nice, but right now there are no settings that enable members to moderate their own albums. Hopefully it is something Invision is working on for the next version of the application.

You can do this through the 'Mod Options' to the right. Or is that only for moderators?

Moderators can do those things, but I can't give everyone Mod Options because that will allow them to moderate all the galleries and albums, including other peoples.
