Is that based off of Arcade Champion position (number of gold medals) or arcade league leader (however that's figured)?

I think we are going to go off Arcade Champion position (who has the most number of 1st Place Wins.)
Arcade League Leader is based the following way...
10 Points for every 1st Place You have.
9 Points for every 2nd Place You have.
.
.
.
.
.
1 Point for every 10th Place You Have.
So basically someone with 100 tenth place wins would be ahead of someone with 7 first place wins.
